Just got word that one of our semi regular posters had his home studio broken into and the lowlifes got all his stuff including some very expensive machines...it just does not get any lower than that and he says that someone has 3 of his portfolios and is acting like its his work...I will let him give you all the details...this shit just sucks and pisses me right the fuck off!!! Goddamn Theives!!

Are they scratching with it? If so, it looks like time to break a few things(fingers, arms and ribs come to mind) in the intrest of public safety. If not this might be better handled by the proper authorities. Grand theft, Burglary of a habitation, Plagurism (claiming some else's tattoos as your own work falls under that law)... all in all could be worth a few years and a definite loss of license.

The last I heard the guy was scratching in the midwest. Mainly wisconsin. His name is deon duke. He also uses names like eric or derrick demeares. He does has some talent of his own but he is a fucking thief who not only scratches but does not steralize shit properly. keep on the look out. As far as my equipment being stolen I'll be watching ebay and listening to the words around the campfire for my equipment. Let's just say that it wasn't the cheapest of shit. My ems200 is gone... A few old machines... a few next gens... even some power tools... I now only have my aaron cain machine (portal), a next gen orion, two handmade ones that i really don't care for, two rebuilt time machines, and my solution and exec... I can get by on these machines... But I'm going to miss the ones that were stolen from me... I will find whoever broke into my house.. I live in a pretty small town and word gets around fast. I know everyone here, but i keep it one person away... If you get what I mean... I'm a loner.. I tattoo... I have my shit... My wife... and that's me... but I know and hear everything that goes on. Even if it were some punk ass kid who did it... I'll find out.. I have home owners insurance.... and my items are insured... But whoever did it is going to be missing a fucking thumb for that... Hey... it probably won't even be me... Someday they'll get thiers.... + i'm having difficulties getting my home studio licensed because west bend city board is bullshit... and opening my shop is out of the question unless i sell some of my toys... even now... i can't order from my usual supply companys... fuck this... whiskey it is... then sleep... maybe... 7

The chances of recovering my equipment is slim. The chances of finding out who did it on the other hand are quite good. I figure that whomever did it had to have been a closer person on my list considering that the entry is 6 digit numbered / lettered entry... Either it was someone that I know... Or it was someone that is somewhat clever... DCLXVI was the old password. I've never written it down or told anyone. My wife doesn't even know the code for the door, nor has anyone entered with me when i type the code in. In a way I blame myself because that is a somewhat generic passoword for something. I don't know if I'll ever see my shit again, but I do know that I will find whoever did it. There had to have been more people that one involved... There is no way that one person is going to carry out a briefcase of tattoo machines, an autoclave, a milwaukee saw, a cut table, a laptop, and some other random small shit. If they were smart enough to figure out my shit they know me somewhat. if they know me at all they know that I own a decent collection of firearms. So I'm pretty sure they knew that they had to get out quick. Beyond that I've started a bit of a rumor that I moved some of my other shit into the same area. I'm going to use the keyless entry nonchalant for a while.. typing in my code around everyone... inviting people over... They've already made a big fucking mistake. let's see if they make it twice.... The divine are less less paradoxial than the vicious...

keaz- I did file a police report about it. As little as they can do without a witness to the crime it's also become somewhat of a personal matter with them. I've tattooed a few of the local police and my older brother is in the sheriffs department... they'll get it... one way or another...

I pray you nail the fucker(s)............................to a cross!!!!!!!! Then tattoo their intestines with a soldering iron.....................

23, any piece of shit that would do that needs a serious 'payback' and I'm sorry for your loss, DO keep us posted. A tip for future reference, use an electric engraver to engrave your name on your machines, it won't mess the machines up and it'll make it a LOT easier to track 'em if they hit the 'market' later on...Doc

I always engrave them with my ss# and take pics of all my machines, power supplies etc...just a little added protection...won't keep em from stealing them but they are a lot easier to indentify and prove they are yours!!..Also always keep your receipts when ya buy new stuff...it helps convince the cops when and if ya DO find the stuff!!...TAz

most of my machines have 7 engraved on the binding posts and on the outside on most of the frames have "seven" on them.... There are a few exceptions to this though because I didn't want to ruin a paul rogers machine and some old old mickey sharpz with lowwwwww numbers. There was also two original time machines that were uber low numbered and some percy waters... I think all in all about 40 tattoo machines got stolen from me. Some I bought just because I knew that they were worth money... others I boust to try... Some of them I even built. What really pisses me the fuck off though is the two mickey sharpz machines that I rebuilt when I was an apprentice. I didn't use them anymore but they were my first love... I'll be sure to keep you guys posted... 7

yeah i no how that is when i fist started my apprentiship after like 5 months there i left my 2 machines with my teacher and the next day the "came up missing" its ben hard finding another aprrentiship and learning on my own. so if anyone in the downriver area of mich wanna help out someone who really wants to learn and is verry dedicated to this art let me no.
