throbbing and leakage on cover up tattoo

I got this tattoo 4 days ago on my lower leg to cover up a mistaken tattoo, it was fine the day i got it done, but ever since then it has been very painful to walk, sends throbbing pain through my whole leg more tolerable to walk on it after i have already been doing so, but if i stand on it for longer than 40 seconds the pain is horribly bad, it seems to be leaking a lot of plasma according to google searches, it doesnt have a foul smell or anything like that so i dont think it is pus, someone please tell me what i should do. im so confused i have 14 tattoos and i dont remember ever experiencing this pain.
