Why is it that I can trace everything that's wrong with tattooing back to Cherry Creek tattoo flash? I mean, sure, it's made me some dough..but goddamnit.it's still fucking evil.

Cause tattoo flash makes it easy for people to be lazy, and lazyness is the root of many many of our problems. I love some tattoo flash designs, of course, but most people use flash to get a quick and easy tattoo without having to do much research, homework, or thinking. I mean, how much lazier can you get? We show people how to do some quick searches to find the exact sillouette/face tattoo they want, it only takes 5 minutes of their time (which isnt no time at all really), and they still ask for someone to deliver their design.

If you're still interested, just go over to your nearest tattoo shop and ask them if they have Cherry Creek flash in their collection. It'll be in there somewhere Whatever happened to getting tattoos that were original? Tattoos that you could be proud to say that noone else had but you?

I have that tattoo on my back but I always see it in the shops!!! I have not seen it on line anywhere! Try calling a shop here called DAGO's. I did not get mine there but it is in there on the wall over the counter!! I got mine in Indiana but can't remember what shop. Good Luck!

I just saw a variation of this tattoo done two days ago at nitemare tattoo in Westfield Mass. by Jamie Cross. He picked out a nice tiger portrait and stuck it within the confines of a monarch butterflys outline. When a design concept is popular its popular. Dosn't mean they ALL have to be the same. Ask your artist to take that flash idea.....then make it personal.

Trendyness on an international scale! For the love of bob! If you ladies like everything packaged and plastic and have no desire for being different, why on earth do you want a tattoo. at least give us guys something different to look at when we see your lower back tramp stamp.

Well, I have 3 things to ask/say... 1. What is the meaning of that tattoo? It sorta seems like it's a combination of soft femininity with a little wild side, like you see the butterfly but if you look deeper you see the wild side. Does that sum it up? I think that 's a really fantastic concept, so if this particular design is anything but original, it seems to me like a custom artist could really do a helluva job with that concept! I'd say go visit a custom guy... 2. As far as tramp stamps go, I know they are cliche but I really like them because I'm for the ladies. I say anything that helps you ladies honor or get in touch with your sensuality is a good thing in this society today. This society really fucks with women. I mean, you get a tattoo on your lower back, people call it a "tramp stamp", but at the same time, you are supposed to be this like erotic dynamo if you ever hook up with someone. Just not fair. I think women's sensuality is like the most beautiful thing in the world, and I think any woman who wants to celebrate it through a tattoo or any other means I say more power to ya baby. 3. I agree with these guys. This is not a very original idea. But ultimately, who cares? If YOU really love it, go for it. Go for it! I mean shit, there are all kinds of designs out there right now that are anything but original and we call them "Americana". Doesn't matter if I like your design or not. If you do, it will make you feel sexy, it will come across in your confidence, and bingo. Still, all things equal, I'd bail on this idea and see a custom guy. But ladies, I think you are all sexy no matter what size, shape, color, temprament, whatever. Celebrate it any way you want. I love tramp stamps! Tramp stamps for everyone!

I have 2 different pictures of a tiger butterfly. One is with a tiger face on the butterfly wings. The body of the butterfly is the tigers nose. It's gorgeous, I can e-mail it. The other one the tigers nouth is open & you can see the teeth.

I can't imagine why anyone would want the same exact tattoo as someone else (with the exception of creating a bond through the tattoo...even then get it made special). Is there some reason behind why the design attracts you? Maybe it would make some sense to think about why you want the tattoo, what it could possibly mean to you (if anything), and then get something that has the same meaning but looks DIFFERENT! Don't you want the art on your body to speak something about yourself, not about the 50 other people who picked the flash off the wall. Oh, and to Mario, not all women want the same tattoo.

I would suggest you take your idea along with some pictures of tigers and butterflies that you like, and have the tattoo artist draw up something original. Not only will your artwork be one-of-a-kind, but the artist will probably do a better job. I'm sure the artist has done that exact flash tattoo a billion times, and would really appreciate the opportunity to do something better and different!!!

I can't believe so many people want the same tat. Be genuine & do the research. Find something your interested in & get a great artist to design you your own style. Be genuine. I am looking to get a new tat myself, but I have been researching it for months to get exactly what I want, but not like everybody else.
