im looking for a shamrock/celtic type tattoo. im 17 and cant get it now, but if i would go to a shop and have someone draw one up for me, should i tip them? even though im not going to get it then? if so how much could i expect to give?

Yep, tipping is always appreciated. You might have a hard time finding an artist with time to do the design but not tattoo you. You best bet will be to wait till you are 18 to get the drawing and tattoo and spend this year finding the right artist. Once you find a really really good custom tattoo artist, they will be able to draw a fantastic shamrock just for you. Where abouts do you live?
