Hi,
Little advice please:) I had to have both big toenails removed permenatley. I am sick of hiding my ugly feet. Somone suggested looking into tattoos. I know more pain ...but boy would it be worth it if i could have somthing nice. Is it possible to tattoo that area?? Any advice appreciated.
Thank you reader

Reader,
You can tattoo your toes but most artists are reluctant to because it will look great the day it's done, but in a few weeks/month(s), it's going to inevitably fade and become blurry. Toes get alot of traffic from shoes and the skin of the feet tends to exfoliate more than any other part of the body, (hands included.) Therefore, your artist (who is bound to the custom of free touchups) will have to recolor the tattoo again and again. Some however will only do one free touch up and others may have a 3-stike rule.
The choice is really up to you. You just have to shop around until you find a shop willing to do it. BUT--now you know the consequences, knowing that the color will fade more quickly. Not to mention, getting a tattoo on your toe is not comfortable, and how many times do you want to go through that? My thought would be if you're going to tattoo anywhere on your feet, go with an area that does not exfoliate as much, like the top of the foot.... Just an opinion....J
Yes as long as it is fully healed...we've done it before..with great success...TAz
Thank you both for your replies.
