This list is just a personal view, and not all are nessecarily PURE americana etc. I will just do USA Freddy Corbin & Derrick Snodgrass Mike Giant Ed Hardy Eric Lynch Marco Cerretelli Dave Attonito Juan Puente Eli Quinters Theo Mindell Hardy and Giant dont actually tattoo no more (at least not Mike and I dont think Hardy tattoos hardly ever.) so they are so and so should I put them.
