TOP OF THE LINE QUALITY PORTRAIT

I have somewhat recently lost two loved ones. I would like to have a memorial tattoo done. I have a design that I have in mind, but I would like it to blend in with two different portrats. Location and price are not a major concern, although I do live on the east coast. I am looking for a world renowned tattoo/portrait artist to help fix me up with a custom job.
