Traditional Japanese style specialist in Philadelphia

I was wondering if anyone knew of any artists in or around Philadelphia who specialize in traditional japanese style sleeves. Or if you know of someone who may not exactly specialize, but you have seen a piece of their work in that style and think its high quality. What I have in mind isn’t anything terribly original or revolutionary, but pretty much what comes to mind when picturing a traditional japanese piece: dragon, clouds, flowers, and wind. But for such a large piece I’d like to know that the artist is familiar with the style and willing to take the time to design a sleeve for me. Thanks.
