Vaginal Tat ... suggestions???

Hey there ... I am hoping that some of you might be able to help me out. I am planning on getting a vaginal tattoo, and I am curious to know what exactly is the better location as far as pain is concerened? It is not going to be very big ... about 1x1. Any suggestions???

I suggest you limit your tattoos to the external surfaces of your body...I'm not a doctor, but I would suspect that even if an artist could somehow physically apply a "vaginal" tattoo with the use of some sort of speculum : http://www.medicaltoys.com/speculum.htm#Speculum I doubt it would be a wise thing to do...consult your doctor. Besides, what good is a tattoo that no one but your gynocologist will ever see????

I would not advise a vaginal tattoo, most qualified professional tattoo artists will not put a tattoo on genitalia period. if this piece is to be placed on the inner labia you will suffer from extreme infection from your own urine. my suggestion is to get a tattoo of a vagina instead.

For the sake of all tattooist in this world don't do this when it's your "lady time". Please wash and shave/wax the day off, and I only say this because of bad experiaces w/ piercing people in that general area

infection from urine? I thought urine was sterile... there's plenty of other crap that could infect a tattoo in that area though, i'm sure.

I recently got a vaginal tattoo and surprisingly it did not hurt, at the top it says eat it up! then on my lips it is a tung that is peirced its banging and I love it! It was $30 for the sketch and $130 for the tatoo! Colors and all! I went to South Street in philadelphia! I love it! NEXT MY NIPPLES ARE GETTING PIERCED live everyday like ya last! Its worth it!!!!!

ahhhh South St. Philadelphia, where for the right price you can get ANYTHING tattooed you want... there is no shame there and no limit as to the crap that i've seen come out of the shops there.

I am thinking to get a vaginal tattoo as well. Though three is my picking. One at the top a second to a tattoo I already have and then two lower ones as well. The reasons for theses tattoos is to their meanings. The top is a meaning of the heart and soul(husband has one matching on his left chest(ie over the heart). The other two are of his picking. They would be matching. The thing is I know tattoos hurt,but that's not my thought at this time. I just wish I could find the right shop? I will not go alone because of the location. One would be unwise to have those not known near such areas without having a second person there. This factor does excite me to know I would have tattoos there(because of them being as I should my belonging to him). Blah blah blah tell me all you like about having ones name and personal connections to people and not being wise all you want. I do say after 15 yrs together I don't run the risk of having that become such an issue. Anyways I think tattoos to this area would be rather a wonderful thing and be neat for the one you love to see them. Thanks for reading. Sylva
