watercolor tattoo

I am working on a design for a partial coverup/addition to an existing tattoo on my back for a memorial to my mother. The original tat is only black. I want to add an orchid on each side. I want them to look like watercolors - probably without any hard outline. I am just in my beginning stages of research - this one will mean more than anything else I have,and I will provide the design. Does anyone reccommend an artist that will be able to do this? Preferrably in FL but as I want it done the best it can be im willing to travel - within the states..... thanks
