What kind of cover up could I have done?

I have my initials in green and black on the inside of my arm, in Old English and the letters are about a little less than two inches or so in height, would I need a color tattoo to cover it, a black tattoo? I have a black piece on the outside of my arm and I would like to cover my initials to make it a half sleeve but I don't know what my options will be? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have considered some laser removal to lighten it, or a cream product but those creams seem sheisty.

Most talented artists will be able to cover it up no problem, I wouldn't worry about it hindering your sleeve.
