OK Ever since i Was taught to tattoo i made good money. I guess thats because i was taught well and rreally tried hard to be good. Over the years i have made atleast a certian amount money and developed an average cost of living and bills(rent, car payment ect.) that will be the same for years to come. recently after a move to a Beach Shop that only good in the summer and with the winter months getting closer i am getting woried that i made the wrong move. this week i made $35.00. this is the least money i ever made in my life for a weeks worth work I did one tattoo all week. my gasoline bill weekly is $100.00 getting back and forth to work. I Am starting to dip into my savings to pay my car payment, insurence and rent equaling $1800.00. I need advice on what i should do. ive looked for an other shop to work in but this time of year gets slow in the north east. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I know this doesnt really help but $100 a week on gas for to and from work is ridiculous!! You chould have either a) moved closer to work b) get a smaller more efficient car or c) both of the above. I hate to see good resources (gas) being blown away.....
You know what they always tell us sh*thead wannabee apprentices when we whine that we can't find an apprenticeship in our neighborhood?...DITTO !!!!! (that felt good!)
