white ink tattoo

Last week I got a white tiger tat on my foot and it was mostly in white ink. Right now it is peeling and it looks as if most of the white is gone and what is left looks patchy. Can any one tell me why? I heard that most peoples skin cant hold the white ink.

Its not the ink....the problem I see is putting a predominantly white tattoo in an area that is known for slow/hard heals...ie the foot...Personally I wouldn't have done that tattoo in that area!
