White On Black

can any colors, such as white, be used to draw a design on top of a completely black tattoo?

I have been using white over black and other various colors to help the cover up process.Sometimes it take two or three times going over something with white but be carefull not to scar the surface too bad.I have had great results using white light blues and other colors over black and you can never tell.

Hey, i have a tatoo on my neck that i dont like that much anymore, and i still want it kind of, but i just want it to be more suddle...do you have any pictures of the white ink over the black ink, or what do you reccomend? (or maybe even light blue over the black???) thanks!

id really like to have some of my solid black done white but i cant find pictures of it i was wondering if anyone could help as i dont want to mess them up i have like 3 tattoos id like to cover up?

man check out www.luckyrich.com he has a lot of white over black, great stuff, im in the procees of getting some white over black on a solid forarm really soon and it SHOULD look amazing hopefully. cheers.
