Who's the best portrait tattoo artist in CT/MA

I'm looking to get portraits of my parents and I want to know who you guys think is the best portrait artist in Connecticut/Massachusetts. I know there are guys in other places I can travel to and I will if its necessary but I'd prefer to stay in these states.

Yeah Phil Young is great, so is everyone else mentioned. I'm just looking for everyone's opinion. I know Off the Map has great guest artists but I may not be able to get the tattoo for about a year so I'm looking for a resident artist.

Phil Young at Hope Gallery in New Haven did mine and it came out awesome. I have had people who knew my Mom burst into tears and complete strangers stop and grab my arm thinking that it was fake. He doesn't talk much, refuses to add color or words but his art is incredible!
