why do people say kids shouldnt get tattoos until they think about them and they have a meaning. well there so happens to be those exceptions though they are few in numbers they do exist. i am a sixteen year old male who has been designing my first tattoo for two years now. i want it to signifies the bad choices ive made in my life and the good choices i look forward to make in my future. i am the same robert that posted the comment on ivy. *robert*
