Wrist tattoo distortion

Hi, I have a new tattoo on my wrist. I know I had to think about this issue before having the tattoo... The question is: currently I weight 253 pounds. I'm planning to go down to 220. Will my tattoo be affected of such a change (considering the location - the wrist)? Thanks in advance!
