your artist search by state doesn't work

I tried to search tattoo artists by state. i clicked on pennsylvania and the artists that came up are from every place but pa. what's up with that?

It is weird right now, we're working on a better system but as of now it actually does work, but the reason other states come up is because the geographical search also includes artists who are traveling to that state for guest spots, conventions, etc.
