There was a philosophy I discovered while on my journey into the world of tattoo. The permanent marks that we choose to have etched into our skin for the duration of life forever changes who we are because we now have something that is always with us. Even in the smallest or careless of imagery, it is clear visually that you are not what you were.

To me, that metamorphosis, whether intentional or not will communicate who you are. What should it say? I have been in this industry since 2001.

In the beginning, I absorbed all the knowledge that the was offered to me and followed all of the rules to make a solid tattoo. As I progressed through the years and mastered many techniques, I began to discover myself and the approach I wanted to take for my clients. This discovery was that I wanted to take my decades of experience as an artist and apply it to creating tattoos that reflect the energy, intention, and spirit of the wearer.

Mostly, in my own style of creative realism. This, to me, is the best way to pay tribute to the ancient ways of tattoo (as inspired by tatau) and the to best serve my clients. My journey with tattoo has been a constant for nearly half of my life.

Through the years, I have worked on 4 Continents and multiple Countries and States. I have won many awards and even judged some competitions. Being the first sponsored tattoo artist in the USA is truly an honor.

I always strive for humility and more importantly integrity. The accolades of the past are worthless without the integrity to uphold the status or, even better, to improve on what was. Currently, I am pursuing my dream of being a traveling artist with select stations of consistency.
